| Brazil is one of the largest producers of coffee in the world, yet the quality of these beans is undeniably excellent. We roast this popular South American coffee to a Viennese color, which brings out the ideal flavors associated with Brazillian coffee. | This medium roast is perfect for those who prefer the high acidity content associated with lighter roasts. This is our lightest roast color, and it's bright acidity lingers on the tongue and palate. | Traditionally one of the most heavily-bodied coffees in the world, we roast our Sumatra dark. It is ideal for those who prefer a smooth finish to the cup with little to no acidity. Coffee from Sumatra is some of the best that comes from Indonesia. |
