Our Light Roast Six Pack Sampler includes 6 oz. bags of the following coffees: 

Colombia (Light): This roast is perfect for those who prefer the high acidity associated with lighter roasts. This is our go to light roast for people who want a crowd-pleasing, balanced, light bodied coffee. Dried cranberry acidity starts at the front of the cup, with notes of sweet ginger spice popping in the middle of the cup and then fading into the herbal Thai basil finish. 

Ethiopia Sidamo (Medium): Our Ethiopia Sidamo is fruit-forward with a syrupy body and a sweet, fruity finish. It starts with notes of banana fruitiness, and then the lemon verbena and blueberry notes pop in the middle of the cup. The finish is fruity and sweet with continuing notes of banana and blueberry. This is one of our cupping team's favorites year after year. 

Guatemala Organic (Light): For a light roast, this coffee is surprisingly sweet and smooth. It has acidity, but it is much more tame than other light roasts. It has orange and maple syrup sweetness throughout the cup and it finishes with notes of sweet bread. It is extremely well-balanced and is a great place to start if you want to venture into light roast coffee.

Kenya (Light): Our Kenya has a medium-light body with nice lime citrus acidity at the front of the cup. In the middle of the cup, the acidity begins to balance out with the sweetness of this coffee. Our team noted sweet notes of lychee and white nectarine in the finish. 

Mexico Organic (Light): This coffee is rich and has a wonderful syrupy body for a light roast. It is sweet, bright and balanced.  It has a wonderful acidity up front with notes of fuji apple and lime tartness. The apple notes follow into the middle of the cup and it finishes with a vanilla sugar sweetness.

Mocha Java (Light): Our Mocha Java is light bodied, mild and very balanced through the cup. It has a lot of sweetness for a light roast. The notes of blood orange hit you right at the beginning of the cup, followed by a hint of almond nuttiness, and finishing with the sweetness of brown sugar.

Special notes on customization:

The Six Pack Sampler boxes are packaged in a special mailer box and we are happy to include a custom gift note. If you do want a note added, send us a message on our contact us page and we'll add your message in the box. Also, we will be choosing the gift wrap color randomly, so please reach out of you have a strong preference on the color and we will do our best to accommodate as supplies of each color last.
