This roast is perfect for those who prefer the high acidity associated with lighter roasts. This is our go to light roast for people who want a crowd-pleasing, balanced, light bodied coffee. Dried cranberry acidity starts at the front of the cup, with notes of sweet ginger spice popping in the middle of the cup and then fading into the herbal Thai basil finish.

Story: Our Colombian coffee comes from a family-owned farm near Medellín, Colombia. These producers pick and process their own coffee cherries and dry the beans on elevated tables inside solar dryers that provide protection from the rain.
