Our June coffee of the month is a velvety smooth washed coffee from Oaxaca, Mexico. This sweet coffee has a wonderful balance of acidity and bitterness with a medium body. The cup starts with soft notes of tangerine zest that add just the right amount of acidity to the sweetness of milk chocolate. The middle of the cup is the most complex, where cinnamon and toasted oats notes of an oatmeal cookie heighten the sweetness of the cup. The finish is long and sweet with lovely milk chocolate notes.
