Our Organics Six Pack Sampler includes 6 oz. bags of the following coffees: 

Ethiopia Organic Fair Trade (Dark): Our Ethiopia Organic Fair Trade is medium bodied with light acidity. The cup is chocolatey throughout with the light acidity popping early in the cup. The acidic notes reminded us of blueberry preserves and a sweeter white wine. The middle of the cup has rye bread notes which then fade into the cocoa powder finish. 

Guatemala Organic (Light): For a light roast, this coffee is surprisingly sweet and smooth. It has acidity, but it is much more tame than other light roasts. It has orange and maple syrup sweetness throughout the cup and it finishes with notes of sweet bread. It is extremely well-balanced and is a great place to start if you want to venture into light roast coffee.

Honduras Organic (Medium): Indulge in the rich flavors of this coffee hailing from the COMSA group in Honduras. The cup starts with notes of chocolate truffle that continues throughout the entire cup. In the middle of the cup, the velvety richness of butterscotch sauce blends with the fluffy butteriness of a freshly baked peach pastry. The finish is clean, soft, and sweet, finishing with chocolate notes.

House Blend Organic Fair Trade (Dark): Our House Blend Organic Fair Trade has the velvety mouthfeel of dark chocolate with cinnamon spice and almond notes. It has mild acidity and a silky body. It is a great everyday coffee and is a particularly good caffeinated dessert. 

Peru Organic (Dark): Our Peru Organic is spicy with a silky body and balanced acidity. It is bold in the front of the cup with heavy pepper and clove notes providing a sharpness on your tongue. The spiciness fades in the middle of the cup and it finishes with notes of vanilla sweetness and some hints of dark chocolate.

Sumatra Organic Fair Trade (Dark): Coffee from Sumatra is typically heavy-bodied, extremely low acid, and very earthy and herbal. This Sumatra Organic Fair Trade typifies the classic profile. The cup is very earthy on the front end, with notes of grass and mint. The sweetness comes out in the second half of the cup, where the chocolate cake and stout notes appear and lead into a long, smooth finish. You won't find any acidity here, and this coffee is great if the acidity in coffee doesn't agree with you.

The Six Pack Sampler boxes are packaged in a special mailer box and we are happy to include a custom gift note. If you do want a note added, send us a message on our contact us page and we'll add your message in the box. Also, we will be choosing the gift wrap color randomly, so please reach out of you have a strong preference on the color and we will do our best to accommodate as supplies of each color last.
