Coffee Delivery Driver

Full-Time Pay: Starting at $22.00/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 am - 4 pm (1-hour lunch) — no nights, no weekends

Vehicle: Company delivery van, non-CDL, local route within about 20 miles of our warehouse

We're a coffee roastery with over 40 years in business, and we're looking for a Delivery Driver to join our small, close-knit team. Most of your day will be spent driving our delivery van and delivering to our local accounts; the rest of your time you'll help out in the warehouse with packaging and loading vans for the next day's route.

We don't have a café or storefront — our focus is roasting and manufacturing wholesale coffee for distribution. If you love coffee, take pride in doing the job right, and want steady weekday hours, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Safely drive our delivery van and deliver coffee products to accounts on your route
  • Build positive relationships with customers and represent our company professionally on every stop
  • Load, organize, and secure product in the van, and match orders to invoices for accuracy
  • Support the warehouse team with packaging coffee and preparing orders when you're not on the road
  • Work efficiently to complete your route and warehouse tasks on time each day
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and vehicle

What We're Looking For:

  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (required)
  • Previous delivery driving experience (a plus)
  • Reliable, independent, and takes pride in getting the job done right
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and doing physical warehouse work when needed
