Production Team Member

Full-Time Pay: Starting at $20.50/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 am - 4 pm (1-hour lunch) — no nights, no weekends

Location: Our roastery warehouse

We're a coffee roastery with over 40 years in business, and we're looking for a Production Team Member to join our small, close-knit team. Your primary focus will be packaging our whole bean and ground coffee accurately and efficiently, and over time, you'll have the opportunity to cross-train into delivery routes, shipping, and roasting.

We don't have a café or storefront — our focus is roasting and manufacturing wholesale coffee for distribution. If you love coffee, take pride in doing the job right, and want to grow your skills across multiple parts of the business, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Efficiently and accurately package whole bean and ground coffee for wholesale, retail, and online orders
• Prepare, organize, and quality check coffee bags to meet the needs of daily orders
• Safely operate weigh and fill machines, sealers, scales, and grinders
• Match orders to invoices to ensure accuracy of orders and shipments
• Work efficiently and switch between tasks as work demands throughout the day
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• As you grow in the role, learn our delivery routes, shipping processes, and roasting operations

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working in a warehouse or similar packaging environment a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative
• Ability to read and follow written order forms and instructions accurately
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and doing physical warehouse work
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record a plus (helpful for future delivery cross-training)
