    Our featured coffee for February is a juicy and wild washed coffee from the Caranaví province in Bolivia. This coffee is complex with medium body, mild acidity in the front end of the cup, and mild bitterness in the finish.     Our Coffee of the Month for January is a spice-forward washed coffee from the Cooperativa Café Timor group in East Timor. This coffee has the typical characteristics of a coffee from Indonesia, with very little acidity and a medium-heavy body. You get the savory spice notes right at the beginning of the cup with the flavor and mouthfeel of ginger.   Our featured coffee for December is a rich and full coffee from the Western Ghats mountain range in Southwest India. The cup starts with a touch of spice on the tip of the tongue, and then rich notes of chocolate truffle bloom on your palate. The chocolate carries into the middle of the cup and is complimented by green notes of plantain. Our featured coffee for November is a punchy and vibrant wet-hulled coffee from the Kintamani highlands of Bali. It is a wonderfully distinct coffee that has the typical full body and earthiness traditionally found in coffees from Indonesia.     Our featured coffee for October is lively washed coffee from the Limu region of Ethiopia. This unique coffee has a herbal profile, differing from the normal fruit-forward flavors typical in Ethiopian coffees. The first half of the cup is highlighted by bergamot notes of Earl Grey tea. In the middle, dry sage notes appear and combine with the spicy sweetness of cinnamon orange.     Our September Coffee of the Month is a sweet, vibrant coffee from the Tabaquillo farm in the department of Cauca, Colombia. This complex coffee is full and rich on the palate with a balanced acidity and medium body. The front of the cup is sweet with a touch of bitterness, highlighted by notes of semi-sweet chocolate, vanilla, and subtle notes of roasted peanut. August Coffee Of The Month - El Salvador Cerro Las Ranas
  Our August Coffee of the Month is a customer favorite, El Salvador. This coffee comes from the Cerro De Las Ranas farm and is wonderfully complex for a single-origin coffee. It has a medium body and cups a bit darker than a typical medium roast.  The spicy notes of nutmeg are right at the front of the cup and are present throughout. July Coffee Of The Month - Uganda Organic Sipi Falls
  Our featured coffee for July is an old favorite, Uganda Organic Sipi Falls. This washed coffee is wild and unique with a touch of acidity up front that quickly fades into a long spicy chocolate finish. The beginning of the cup has a slight orange peel acidity that quickly fades into baker's chocolate notes in the middle.   Our June coffee of the month is a velvety smooth washed coffee from Oaxaca, Mexico. This sweet coffee has a wonderful balance of acidity and bitterness with a medium body. The cup starts with soft notes of tangerine zest that add just the right amount of acidity to the sweetness of milk chocolate. The middle of the cup is the most complex, where cinnamon and toasted oats notes of an oatmeal cookie heighten the sweetness of the cup.
