Our Brickhouse Cold Brew blend is our first blend specifically designed with cold brew in mind. We went for a crowd-pleasing, drink all day flavor profile on this blend. Chocolate is the primary tasting note, with more subtle notes of powdered sugar and cashew creamyness. This tastes amazing with milk and sugar, reminiscent of a name-brand powdered milk chocolate drink. This blend makes a dangerously delicious cold brew!

Story: If you've ever seen our roastery, the first thing that strikes you when you arrive is our beautiful brick building. That image is the inspiration for the name of our new blend designed specifically to brew as a cold brew. We've been playing with the idea of creating a cold brew blend for over a year now, and this spring we dove into making it happen. Our cupping team has been experimenting for weeks to lock in the blend and we are thrilled with the results! Smooth, chocolatey, and sweet, this is the kind of cold brew you can drink all day!
