Half Caf Max's Blend

Our Half Caf Max's Blend is heavy bodied and dry on the tongue with very little acidity. It is spicy up front with notes of cinnamon. Dark chocolate and vanilla notes develop in the middle of the cup and the finish is slightly smokey with a lot of chocolate that lingers on your palate in the best way. 

Roast Color: Dark

Cupping Notes: Semi-Sweet Chocolate, Cinnamon, Vanilla

Story:  We blend a dark roast regular coffee with a dark roast decaf to get a delicious coffee with the complexity and punch of Max's Blend and only half the caffeine.

Fresh roasted coffee is the best coffee. We never roast weeks ahead. We only roast a coffee when we need it to fulfill an order. You can taste the difference freshness makes in the cup.
