KENYA

Our Kenya has a light body with nice citrus acidity at the front of the cup. In the middle of the cup, the acidity begins to balance out with the sweetness of this coffee. Our team noted sweet notes of maple syrup, lemon creme pie, and pastry in the finish.
Roast Color: Light
Cupping Notes: Lemon, Lime, Maple Syrup
Story: Our Kenya is sourced from family owned farms in Kiambu County, Kenya. The Thiririka Farmers Co-operative Society manages the wet mill, which processes coffee from members who generally cultivate around 250 coffee trees on half-acre plots intercropped with shade trees.
I'm normally a dark roast person all the time. I bought this on a whim and found it to be a truly pleasant surprise. Very smooth never bitter not acidic. Just a really good cup of coffee. I would recommend giving it a try you won't be disappointed.
