This medium roast from Central America is highlighted by gingerbread spice and a pear acidity in the middle of the cup. It is light bodied and finishes with hints of marshmallow sweetness combining with the gingerbread spicyness.

Story: Our take on the classic Vienna roast, we roast this coffee into the second crack to bring out the first hints of oils on the bean. We enjoy this middle-ground roast color as it still highlights the origin characteristics of the bean while introducing more of the roast flavor to the bean. We created our Viennese Roast to be mild with a flavor profile that is sure to be a crowd-pleaser.
