One of our most popular featured coffees from last year makes its return for June! This roasty coffee has a wonderful balance of acidity and bitterness with a medium body. The cup starts sweet and becomes more roasty as it develops on your palate. It starts with cola sweetness immediately followed by the balanced sweetness and bitterness of dark chocolate. As you get to the middle of the cup this coffee becomes more complex, with the dark chocolate being joined by roasted peanut and cinnamon notes. The finish is long and slightly dry with sweet chocolate and cinnamon notes that linger until your next sip. We are excited to bring this coffee to you again this year!
