Our featured coffee of the month for April is an old favorite from last year, produced by the Dukunde Kawa cooperative in northern Rwanda.   Our featured coffee for July is an old favorite, Uganda Organic Sipi Falls. This washed coffee is wild and unique with a touch of acidity up front that quickly fades into a long spicy chocolate finish. The beginning of the cup has a slight orange peel acidity that quickly fades into baker's chocolate notes in the middle.
